Works at Stansted Airport.
Making a Booking
Simply visit our website at www.stanstedvaletparking.com where you can make a booking and pay for your parking in a few easy steps. Alternatively, our friendly telesales operators are waiting to take your call on 0845 2 99 88 77.
Once your booking is complete you will receive confirmation and instructions via SMS text message and/or email depending on your preferences.
Departure Day
As you approach the airport please call us to announce your arrival on
0845 2 99 88 77 selecting option 1. One of our Meet and Greet Operatives will give you instructions and directions to the drop off point.
The Operative may also attempt to contact you using the details as recorded on your original booking form so please ensure that any mobile number we hold for you is the one you use on your day of travel.
For your safety and security all of our operatives carry insurance and photo identification details which can be inspected on request.
You’ll be offered help to unload your baggage (you may find it convenient to have a £1 coin handy for the luggage trolleys!) and then your car condition and return travel details will be checked. Once your paperwork is complete you’re able to walk directly into the terminal building to continue your journey.
Returning
We monitor your return flight to ensure the timely delivery of your vehicle so there’s no need to be concerned about flight delays.
Once you’ve landed and switched on your phone you will receive a text message welcoming you back unless of course you chose not to receive text messages or do not have a mobile phone!
Once you have your baggage and cleared customs please call us on 0845 2 99 88 77 to arrange the return of your vehicle.
After you have your instructions please return directly to your car as your prepaid parking ticket only lasts 15 minutes and any parking charges incurred after this time limit will be your responsibility.
Your Meet and Greet Operative may ask to see proof of booking and/or ID to ensure we return the car to the rightful owner.
Running Late/Early?
Please call us if you are running early or late. If you arrive significantly late or early without letting us know we may not be able to book you in immediately.
Change of plans?
You can email your changes to amendments@stanstedvaletparking.com or call on 0845 2 99 88 77.
Amendments we receive more than 24 hours in advance of the drop off/return time will be made free of charge. Amendments within that time will be subject to a handling charge.
